This Princess 45 has been completely refitted in 2005 and only the hull is from 1989. Everything else has been replaced or renewed by her current Spanish owner. 12.64m on her Spanish papers. The sale only due to upgrading to a Feretti.
With twin 435hp diesel Caterpillars installed in 2001, they have only done 1150 hours!
She has an extensive inventory with too many things to mention, and has had a lot of money spent on her.
The floors in galley and cabins are synthetic teak, and the headlinings were replaced with wood laquer and painted white in 2005.
With a fully equipped navigation system, which is repeated on the fly, she also comes with covers for the cokpit, fly and had new Solarium cushions for the foredeck this year, ready for the summer!
Anti osmosis treatment in 2008.
Spanish flagged and IVA pagado. 7ª lista.
She is a lot of boat for the money, and ready to get underway. The photos do not do her justice, and a viewing is highly recommended.

Esta Princess 45, ha sido totalmente reconstruida en el 2005 y solo el casco es de 1989. El resto, ha sido o reemplazado o arreglado por su actual dueño. Eslora de 12.64 mt en documentacion. El motivo de que se venda es que el dueño ha comprado un Ferretti.
Con sus dos motores de 436 HP Caterpillars instalados en el 2001 solo tiene 1150 horas!
El inventorio del barco es muy extenso para detallarlo por completo y se ha invertido mucho dinero en el.
Los suelos de la cocina y camarotes han sido restituidos por teca sintetica, asi como el material de los techos con madera laqueada blanca, tambien en el 2005. Tiene un completisimo equipo de navegacion conectado en el fly. Todos los cojines de bañera son nuevos, asi como las colchonetas de cubierta del solarium hechas este año, listo para el verano!......
